They are all about 130 calories a serving so they are primarily for increasing protein intake like any other whey protein would be.

I wish I had known that this product has Sucralose in it. I would not have purchased it. I only realized after my first shake when I tasted that infamous sucralose after taste. If you do not mind that, this product makes a decent protein shake - good consistency, but Sucralose. ick. :(

They are mainly there for increasing your protein intake per serving. So far, they have all dissolved well in a shaker with only water but this one is no exception. It is mostly carbs so it is primarily for weight gainer use but it should be noted that it will dissolve in water just as well

Ive purchased this protein powder multiple times, and I bought the Peanut Butter Toffee flavor. Its one of my favorite flavors and hasnt upset my stomach at all. I would recommend this flavor

I was disappointed when I tasted sucralose after my first shake. Nutrex Research IsoFit Banana Foster made a decent protein shake, but it has sucralose in it, which is a reason to not purchase this product
