These tastes great and are for people who want a high-quality BCAA supplement that can be blended into a smoothie. The flavoring is pretty good, and it would make a great shake and compliment a smoothie well too. The only issue with it is when you mix it with water, not using a blender, it is difficult to mix without it getting clumpy and slimy. It's best used in a blender

The BCAA Energy Latte from EVLution Nutrition is great. This protein powder has a good flavor that can be mixed in with either smoothies or almond milk. It tastes great and it mixes well with the protein powder. Some protein powders tend to clump up when you mix them but this one hasn't done that to me. I'm going to keep buying more of this protein shake and try other flavors

It has only one thing I don't like about it, which is that the B vitamins in it are far too high. I originally converted to this product because I wanted to replace my soda consumption and also get some BCAAs. Their flavors are amazing and blend extremely well. If you're not doing healthful things like me, then Vitamin Pods are probably the best option for you
