Six Star Amino Max Fruit Punch: LOVE IT!!!. Best Pre-workout i have had. Flavors great, took 30 minutes before my workout and it lasted the whole time (about an hour and a half). Loved the tingle feeling, it let me know that it was working. More reps in and my cardio session was much smoother. I will be buying this soon

Fruit punch: Product works for me. I've used it before and it seemed to improve my exercise capacity so I bought more. Without it I still do okay but with it I feel like I'm better at exercise. Not scientific evidence but just my own experience. I'll continue to use it before exercising
