I am allergic to milk and whey protein, so this low in sugar and tastes good. I buy it in 6-8 cans at a time so I never run out. What's my one complaint though?

When prepared as directed, it becomes an almost-thick liquid. It isn't very tasty with a sweet and artificial flavor. I still don't know what orchata is. The function is worth the effort
