It doesn't get gunked up with cold milk, which would make it harder to drink than other shakes I've had. Some of the powder is hard to dissolve and some remains stuck in the spout, making it difficult to get your shake drinkable until you use a finger to tear through it. Overall though, I quite liked this protein shake
