Muscletech Phase8 Milk Chocolate is a decent product. There are some ingredients in this Im skeptical about. The main ingredient that I am skeptical about is the whey protein. I think they cut corners and it messes with the taste so they are able to keep their cost low. Id recommend it as a morning protein just because Im not sure how much whey there is in this and if you have any sensitive stomach issues, you might take issue with it and be better off switching to something else
