BPI Sports Best Protein
BPI Sports changed the formula for their protein powder and it was awful. The old stuff was so good and now its terrible. They changed the packaging and the scoop inside is different than it used to be. Im so sad because it used to be so good. The vanilla swirl I received from BPI Sports was still in the same packaging as before and is great. Ill have to find a new brand of protein powder

Upon inspection of the bottle, it says that each serving has 100mg of caffeine, more than a sugar free Red Bull. Nowhere on the product listing does the Café Mocha state its levels of caffeine

The strawberry blast flavor is ok for immediate drinking. If you leave it in the fridge or a cooler, there is a little yellow ball that appears. It is about 1/32 of an inch, enough to feel in your mouth. It's like a spongy piece of sand. There is alot of them. It must be one of the ingredients that swells up after it sits. I've only had it once so I do not know for sure if this happens every time or not
